Ps. Cesar was born in Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He has been a believer for the last 36 years, and he has been preaching the Word of Yah over the previous 35 years. In 1998 he married Nelda Reyna; they have three beautiful daughters, Maria Josue, Jahel Shaddai, and little Miranda. Pastor Cesar and his wife Pastor Nelda have been leading the congregation Shekinah for 21 years now, but it was until the year 2000 when they received for the first time the visit of Archbishop Dominiquae Bierman, she delivered the message, her teachings, and Kad-Esh MAP Ministries, and with this, they returned to the Hebrew roots of the Faith.
Ps. Cesar Silva graduated from AGIMAP Bible School in Jerusalem during the Feast of Shavuot 2019, and under the covering of Kad-Esh MAP is now part of the ministry in the Nations, and he is the elected Delegate for Mexico.
Ps. Cesar and Nelda now serve Elohim in the congregation Shekinah and is an active member of The United Nations for Israel (UNIFY).
COMMITMENT STATEMENT
As a delegate for Mexico in The United Nations for Israel, I commit myself to:
- Pray and encourage constant prayer for Jerusalem and The United Nations for Israel
- Make intercession meetings and to establish the flag of UNIFY in strategic places of Mexico
- Promote AGIMAP Bible School in all social levels to change the culture, the knowledge, and the love for Israel
- Participate in all tours of Shavuot and Sukkot interceding for the people of Mexico to make spiritual aliyah to the land of Israel
- Reach out to the Mexican government and sow the books of Archbishop Dominiquae Bierman and tell about how important is to know and understand that blessing and standing with Israel in all the decisions they make means turning the Key of Abraham for our nation to become a Sheep Nation
- Seek for potential members for UNIFY and 70 Righteous in the Nations
